The proposed floor area for the North Shore Credit Union facility is approximately 60,000 square feet. Through the creation of permanent employment opportunities on site and the provision of multi-family housing in proximity to jobs and services, the proposed development will contribute to a vibrant, diverse and highly livable community. The proposed maximum height for the building is 120 feet, consistent with the height limit specified in the OCP for the Central Lonsdale corridor.
